At The Locker Room Jock, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Please note that for hygiene reasons, undergarments and swimwear must have the protective liner intact and show no signs of wear.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
